    How do I apply for a wholesale account?

    You can apply for a wholesale account by submitting anew customer application at  www.shopthreadandsupply.com. After submission, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to verify your account. You will receive an email with instructions on getting your account set up once verified. 


    How do I place an order?

    There are several ways to order wholesale with Thread & Supply.

    1. Create an online account at  www.shopthreadandsupply.com. New customers will have to submit a “new customer” applicationhere. Once submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to verify your account. You will receive an email invitation to get your online account set up. 
    2. Emailhello@threadandsupply.com or your assigned Sales Rep with your requested order.
    3. Give us a call at 213-688-4977 to speak with a representative to place your order.

    Do you offer discounts?

    Sign up for our newsletter to be notified about our seasonal promotions! All new customers receive free shipping on their first order.


    Is there a minimum order quantity?

    Our minimum order is one pack of a style.


    What are your pre-packs options?

    Our styles are pre-packed 2/2/2 S/M/L.


    Do you provide payment terms?

    We do not offer terms at this time.


    What shipping carrier do you use? 

    Orders are all shipped via UPS Ground, unless notified otherwise. If there are specific shipping instructions you prefer, please contact your sales representative for more information.


    What if we have a nominated shipping carrier.  Can we use them?

    Yes, absolutely! Please let your sales representative know prior to ordering to ensure we use your preferred shipping carrier.


    Do you deliver?

    We do not deliver shipments at this time.
